Overview
Quality Mart provides online ordering, customer account, payment status, and delivery tracking services for store customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.
Information We Collect
- Account details such as name, mobile number, email address, and password where applicable.
- Customer profile details such as shop name, business address, GST or tax details, and other optional B2B information entered by the customer or admin.
- Delivery addresses, order items, cart details, order status, payment method, and payment verification details.
- Delivery tracking data for active orders, including rider location updates and delivery status events.
- Device, login, and usage information needed for app security, session management, and service diagnostics.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage customer accounts.
- To process orders, payments, refunds, delivery assignment, and delivery tracking.
- To show order status, delivery partner details, and live tracking for eligible orders.
- To manage products, offers, app customization, customer support, and service notifications.
- To protect the platform from misuse, unauthorized access, and fraud.
Location Data
Location data is used for delivery tracking. Delivery partner location is collected only for operational delivery use, such as active assignment tracking, route visibility, and admin monitoring. Customers may see live rider location for their own active orders.
Payments
Quality Mart supports payment methods such as COD, UPI, and payment gateway options when enabled by the admin. Sensitive payment credentials are not stored in the mobile app. UPI references may be stored for manual verification and audit purposes.
Sharing Of Information
Information may be shared only with store administrators, delivery partners assigned to relevant orders, payment or messaging providers where configured, and hosting or infrastructure providers needed to run the service. We do not sell customer personal information.

Data Security
We use authentication, role-based access, audit logs, and server-side permissions to protect customer, admin, and delivery partner data. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to keep access limited to authorized users.
Data Updates And Deletion
Customers may update profile details from the app or through store support. Customers can delete their account from the app (Account > Delete account) or by request; see Delete Your Account for steps and what data is retained. For data correction requests, contact Quality Mart support using the details provided in the app or website.
