Delete from the app
You can delete your Quality Mart account yourself at any time from the Quality Mart app (developer: AMC Secure):
- Open the Quality Mart app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
If an order is still in progress, please wait until it is delivered or cancel it first.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot use the app, email support@qtmart.online from your registered email, or contact us from your registered mobile number, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

Data that is deleted
- Your name, mobile number and email address (removed from the account).
- Customer profile details such as shop name, business address and GST details.
- Saved delivery addresses and cart items.
- Login sessions, passkeys, password reset and OTP records.
Once deleted, you can no longer sign in to the account.
Data that is kept
Order records, invoices and payment transaction records (including the billing and delivery details printed on them) are kept for up to 8 years where required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes under applicable Indian law. They are not used for marketing and are deleted when the retention period ends.
